In order to ensure applicants are a good fit, Urban Raccoons has several tools available to assess applicants using credit scores, background checks (including criminal checks), and prior rental histories. We also provide leasing contracts to protect our client’s interests and keep them apprised of lease requirements and the duration of the lease to ensure that the property is occupied.
