As a seasoned world traveler, I am all too familiar with the challenges associated with finding comfortable lodgings in the ideal location for both vacations and extended stay work assignments.  I understand that time is a precious commodity for urban professionals, and that is why I created Urban Racoons to respond to the needs of tenants and property investors.

The key to Urban Racoons’ success is a client-focused business model.  I never forget that customers always have choices, and I am honored when customers choose to stay at one of our properties.  I know what it’s like to stay in a place where you are truly cared for in every respect.  That is what I strive for at Urban Raccoons: providing tenants with a place to call home.

As a young start-up, Urban Raccoons has already begun to brand itself as a company that helps property owners, urban dwellers and travelling professionals resolve issues.  We offer a unique perspective with unmatched support, and we know that the challenges presented by COVID-19 are different than the norm.  Customers now require a flexible approach to property management and lodging.  We are here to help because WE CARE!

The Name

The Urban Raccoons brand comes from my friends teasing me about becoming a real estate tycoon.  The sleepless nights spent getting this business off the ground gave me dark circles under my eyes, so I laughed and said I was becoming more of a “raccoon” than a “tycoon.”  Voila, Urban Raccoons was born!
